If you're looking at TiddlyDesktop, you may also be interested in TiddlyChrome (https://github.com/Arlen22/tiddly-chrome-app) or TiddlyServer (https://github.com/Arlen22/TiddlyServer).
TiddlyChrome is a Chrome App which is probably going to become defunct next year due to changes in Chrome. However, until then, it works just fine. TiddlyServer is a new app that I published recently which allows you to load TiddlyWiki files (and data folders as well) in the browser and edit them. The saving works similar to TiddlyFox for individual files, and uses the Node Server command for saving data folders.
