Re TiddlyServer.  I wrote that after reading what Jeremy said he wanted to 
make, but he wasn't directly involved (except in answering all my 
questions, Thanks Jeremy!).  I'd love to continue to improve on it, but I 
haven't had a lot of time to devote to it.  If you run into any problems, 
feel free to create a ticket 
on https://github.com/mklauber/TiddlyServer/issues
