Addendum: Birthe kindly informed me that *@Stephan Hradek* already several years ago presented dirtree stylesheet <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/tiddlywiki/SP3t_CIl9do>. Same concept but a somewhat different css approach using images for the lines instead of borders. Thanks Birthe - good to know!
