Well that worked like a charm, I guess I pretty much hit my limitations at 
copy pasting stuff around.
Additionally I did notice that this new version of CKEditor seems to 
alleviate the spacing issues at launch with Tiddlywiki, more often then not 
it opens and sizes correctly, which is a plus :D
