Closing slash is missing from the view widget in your example, that's why 
the second list doesn't work. This works:
```
<$list filter="[all[current]]"> 1 <$view field=title/></$list>
<$list filter="[<currentTiddler>]"> 2 <$view field=title/></$list>
```
