Well, I've been programming ever since receiving a Commodore Vic-20 almost 40 years ago at the age of 13, and I am at my best (I think; definitely having the most fun) dealing with complex and highly intertwingled information/problems and architecting solutions with the tools at hand.
So the answer to "how do you come up with such a thing" would be, in short: I bring 40 years of experience/skill/practices to the thing. The long answer should probably involve a bunch of short and digestible videos on specific little things that subconsciously (i.e. without necessarily spelling it out) demonstrate things that are instinctive to me which might lead to questions requiring other topical video demonstrations. How about a quick and dirty demo of macro basics ?
