That's a drag. Your work computer may have some OS-level security settings that could be causing the issue (as if I would have any clue what they could be.)
Although a painful endeavour, we need to know what change to your TiddlyWiki file causes it to go awry on the Windows machine. You're going to have to take the two versions of the TiddlyWiki file (the last one that worked on the Windows machine and one that no longer works on the Windows machine), open them both (read-only) on the Mac, and compare them to see what is different. I doubt it has anything to do with regular tiddlers; my first guesses are TiddlyWiki configuration differences, plugin differences, maybe macros or system tiddler differences, or tiddlers tagged as startup actions tiddlers. Once we know what difference is causing issues, then we can figure out if it is some security setting on your computer that is the real problem, or maybe you've discovered a bug in TiddlyWiki that needs addressing. If I had money to spare, I'd bet on some Windows security setting. Then again, I am biased: on tend to always blame Windows...
