For those who want a drag-and-drop solution for their own tiddlers (MAKE A BACKUP FIRST!), there's a plugin version of the TW file:
https://marxsal.github.io/various/notowritey-plugin.html It just has the basic mechanism -- no documentation. I didn't test it. Let me know if anything major is missing. It's likely that plugin versions will lag behind the development version due to the extra time it takes to pack up the plugin.
