Nice. I would imagine that not only ease-of-adding notes is critical but also that the tool is accessible while using the rest of the wiki. I made QuickTid <http://quicktid.tiddlyspot.com/>long ago with this in mind. It could probably be modified to also add timestamped notes like you demo.
