Yes, it actually shouldn't interfere with TiddlyBlink (except possibly the stylesheet), because it uses tagging, whereas TiddlyBlink uses linking and ignores tagging. Keep in mind an elaborate toc rendering with extensive tagging will eventually slow TW down. Maybe there would be a way to do it with linking instead of tagging, but probably not in TiddlyBlink then. Make something of it. It is all yours!
