As Mark states and Jed Elsewhere people using a server program installed on 
their computer need to be aware of it, they need to give consent to 
possible security issues and exposure, they need to see the IP Address(s) 
to find there wiki etc... so I do not see this being hidden by default.

However, If you use the Windows Scheduler to run bob server on computer 
start (not user login) you may find you get what you want, no visibility of 
the console at all. It may also be possible to run the server as a Windows 
Service with the same result. But do remember the possible consequences of 
your actions of hiding a servers existence and settings.
