It's pretty close now. Maybe change line "Start Bob" to "Double-click on the bobwin.exe file to start"
I wasn't able to test with Edge yet, but I did test with Vivaldi, FF, and Chrome. I think we need to assume some minimum level of competence: Ability to browse files, create new folders, double-click exe files.
