Dear Vincent, below the link to the zipped plugin. I used a different name for the plugin (OctaveX) to avoid possible conflicts. Unzip it and copy the octaveX folder in the plugin directory of the Texmacs application. Update the plugins, a new Insert->Session->OctaveX menu entry should appear. If everything is fine, you should be able to start a new OcatveX session. Let me know if there are problems.
