\setmathfont[BoldFont={lmmath-regular.otf}]{lmmath-regular.otf}
unicode-math-xetex.sty:
\setmathfont[BoldFont={lmmath-regular.otf}]{lmmath-regular.otf}
Presumably the filename changed at some point and the unicode-math package
wasn't updated.
