Hi.
I am trying to install texlive-scheme-full on fedora 17.
The installation fails because the "tex-substr" rpm file seems to be
missing from the repo.
yum gives the following error:

wget does not succeed either:

Is there anyway to continue the installation without this package?
Or, can the package be built manually?
Thank you,

Hi Jaron,
Please try again because I successfully installed
tex-substr-1.2.svn16117-1.noarch in my F17 right now. Maybe a "yum clean
metadata" can solve the issue?
HTH,
Germán.
