Jindrich: It would seem that you've updated 2011 packages to their 2012 versions but haven't (yet?) added packages in TL 2012 that didn't exist in TL 2011. Examples: http://www.tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/tex/generic/m-tx/ http://www.tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/tex/generic/pmx/ Also, if I recall, several packages were *removed* from TL for licensing issues as a result of Tom Callaway's audit.
