There's already an existing latexmk package in Fedora. If you have that installed and try to install texlive-latexmk, you get file conflicts: Transaction Check Error: file /usr/bin/latexmk from install of texlive-latexmk-bin-1:2012-svn10937.0.1.20120510_r26283.noarch conflicts with file from package latexmk-4.31-1.fc17.noarch file /usr/share/man/man1/latexmk.1.gz from install of texlive-latexmk-1:4.31.svn25851-1.noarch conflicts with file from package latexmk-4.31-1.fc17.noarch
I think this can be fixed by adding a Conflicts: line to the texlive-latexmk spec -- then as far as I know, attempting to install the new one should remove the old one. Or maybe Obsoletes is a better tag ... regardless, it's broken as it currently stands.
