Hi all, I am working with the repo texlive for epel-6 and I wanted to build the documentation included in OAR (http://oar.imag.fr/) I found that the package picins (http://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/mirrors/ctan/help/Catalogue/entries/picins.html) was not included. I have found some information that this package was perhaps not very compliant with the license to be included as is.
Yet, I added the folder in /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex then rehesh with texconfig but is there a way to add it in the repo or add by hand is the best way?
