The TL2010 packages are the same as those release on the official TL2010 DVD (20th July 2010). I see the image was modified 26th August (at least the timestamp), see: ftp://ftp.ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/texlive/Images/ So I will investigate its contents and update Fedora stable TL2010 if needed.
