Btrfs uses 4KiB data and 16KiB metadata block size on x86 since forever. It 
doesn't care if the drive uses 512 byte or 4096 byte physical or logical sector 
size, Btrfs still uses 4 KiB blocks.

For starters, put this file up somewhere we can look at it
journalctl -b -o short-monotonic --no-hostname > journal.log
