For what it is worth, I had nothing but problems with 6.13 and nvidia.
Never could get it to work. The 6.14 kernel appears to be working in
f42. 6.14.0-0.rc3.29.fc42.x86_64

Do regulrar rawhide kernels boot ok for you?
(nothing after rc2 here works, I get it not finding the rootfs and
haven't had any time to debug too much further).
