Hey folks! So as we're once again trying the 'anaconda webui is release
blocking' thing for F42, and it actually hasn't been reverted yet for
once, I've drafted up new test cases and matrix changes. Here's my
draft matrix page:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Adamwill/Draft_webui_matrix

you can compare it to:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Template:Installation_test_matrix

to see the differences - broadly, there's an additional table in
"Guided storage configuration", an additional test case in "Guided
storage shrinking", and a new "WebUI custom storage configuration"
section. The new test cases are linked from those sections - the
"webui_guided" test cases and the "webui_custom" test cases.

Can folks please cast an eye over these changes and see if they look
good? We might need to add a few more tests or columns for non-storage-
related testing of webUI, but this should give us some decent coverage
to start with.

Note, coverage of these is expected to be automated - either through
openQA or anaconda's own CI system. This shouldn't add much if anything
to the manual testing burden.

Thanks folks!

As far as the release criteria go, it seems like we never actually took
the webUI bits out of the F41 or F42 release criteria, so they've been
there all along. Whoops. :P I just gave them a quick tweak:
