I responded to your ticket... https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/12366 I looked at our logs and it shows emails are being delivered to your provider. I cannot find any errors or rejects. yahoo often blocks us. All it seems to take is one person marking a mailing list that they confirmed signing up to as spam and they seem to like blocking our entire domain for all users.
