I'm one maintainer of the package . what information are you looking
for ?

you got one update
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-6090beb6d3

the instructions are just `dnf install virtualbox-guest-additions`

virtualbox-guest-additions replaces the application of Virtualbox's own
methodology to install Guest Additions (in menu: Devices | Insert Guest
Additions CD-image file).
