To start slow, you can enable updates-testing repository on your current
stable version of Fedora and provide feedback on packages that you know how
to test:

Or you can follow test-announce list for announcements of new Fedora 41
composes, and help us test those:

Issues found can be discussed here or at:

Bugs should be directed to Bugzilla. You can also try to fill out some
release validation matrices on wiki by following test cases (see the links
in test-announce compose announcements).
