I just noticed that the RTC was changed on two of the systems I ran tests
as a side effect of ./runtests.sh is that intended?

$ timedatectl
               Local time: Wed 2024-05-29 09:03:22 BST
           Universal time: Wed 2024-05-29 08:03:22 UTC
                 RTC time: Thu 2024-05-30 00:09:00
                Time zone: Europe/London (BST, +0100)
System clock synchronized: yes
              NTP service: active
          RTC in local TZ: no
