For Rawhide you should get it after there's been a compose that includes it, plus a bit more time for mirrors to sync. It looks like it wasn't in today's compose, so you won't get it today. You should get it tomorrow, some time after the compose has completed (which happens around three hours before the time I'm sending this mail, each day).
