Today I performed the Desktop tests on the above mentioned respin and I believe there are no big flaws in it. Going through the usual testing stuff, I have not stumbled on anything. The combination Alt-N in the Intro still does not work, but since this was not blocking for F33, I consider this to be a cosmetic issue.
