Hi QA team, DNF is asking FESCo for approval to short circuit the Changes process to land a change to the default configuration of dnf in Fedora 30. Since this is a key part of our release deliverables, I'd like you to weigh in on the FESCO ticket[1]. The full Change proposal is in the wiki[2].
