Recently a bug in rtkit packaging has been fixed, but the update *will fail* on all Fedora 29 pre-release installation that have rtkit installed (Workstation has it for sure). The details and the workaround is described here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Common_F29_bugs#rtkit-update
