The bug is still present when you do the upgrade from a previous fedora version to a fedora 27. For this one there is no workaroud as i know.
I filled a bug during the upgrade test-day: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1500834 It's a proposed final blocker and a fix is underway.
