Fedora27 images

I downloaded Fedora-Workstation-netinst-x86_64-27-20178018.n.0.iso and 
installed it in a VB VM.  I ended up with a mix of fc27 and fc28 
packages.  The /etc/os-release file said it was Rawhide.  Then I tried 
Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-27-20170818.n.0.iso.  I ended up with a 
f27 system and no f28 packages.  Before I tried to update it I checked 
the files in /etc/yum.repo.d and Rawhide was enabled and not Fedora nor 
Fedora-testing.  I fixed those files and tried to update.  No updates 
are available.  Perhaps the fedora-release package has not been 
completely fixed for the new release.
