Update and upgrade are synonyms for dnf, they will just do the same thing. 
There is an email sent to this list and the devel@ list everyday which lists 
the packages that changed in rawhide that day; that's the 'changelog' for 
rawhide. The mail title will have 'rawhide report' in it.
