FWIW, I copied the text of the message from the above and placed it in a file call "test.eml". I used T-Bird 31.6.0 on F21 and successfully opened the "saved message". I then used T-Bird 31.5.0 which I installed on my F22-Beta system via "dnf install thunderbird". It too opened the message correctly. So, I'm not convinced it is a T-Bird issue.
