Two Problem: Vmware Workstation and Nvidia drivers

I just install the Fedora 21 Beta RC release and all went well until it 
came to the installation of Vmware Workstation and Nvidia drivers. I 
have tried a lot things that I know (that ain't much because I don't 
know much in those areas) Could someone please give me some advice as 
how to make them work or will I have to wait until the final release to 
get them working properly. Thank you for your help.
