Using F20 sometimes that happens to me on the both the personal and the root accounts. The point here is sometimes. I don't have any clear pattern of when this happens. Interestingly I have not seen this before. Without any credible proof I suspected that it could be on shutdown some kind of race condition where the history is to be written but the system goes out before the buffer is flushed. I am just saying that this seems plausible to me not that it is the reason.
