Apparently file roller already supports it. Ark support has been requested at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=283134 Spec URL: http://sundaram.fedorapeople.org/packages/unar.spec SRPM URL: http://sundaram.fedorapeople.org/packages/unar-1.5-1.fc18.src.rpm Red Hat bugzilla seems to be acting up.
