All things are workable but don't all things work. Prov. 3:5 & 6
kernel-3.7.1-5.fc18.x86_64 fixes the nvidia driver issue. I am currently
using that specific version with nvidia driver from rpmfusion.

The kernel that had problems was this one - kernel-3.7.1-2.fc18.x86_64
