I'd be fine with a separate LVM GUI configuration utility, the problem for me 
is that anaconda can't be told what to do with an already existing 
configuration. It insists always on changing everything, even so far as 
overwriting the partition table even when it's not required (something I find 
annoying, actually). Instead, I have to build my own kickstart to tell anaconda 
what to do, and I haven't explored kickstart enough to know if I can tell it to 
just target an existing configuration without modification, or if it's going to 
get fussy about this too.
