Thanks for that. Now the Windows7 and Win7 system partitions don't insist on appearing on my desktop. Yes I kept Lose7 because it is the only easy way to flash the BIOS on a Thinkpad and besides, for most vendors an issue isn't really an issue unless it fails on Windows too.
