I see one major problem with your wish: no one to fullfill it.
VirtualBox team will say they don't support unreleased OS.
Fedora team will say, that vbox is not part of upstream kernel and not
part of Fedora. End of story.
The only person, that can attempt to fullfill it is *you*.
