I am having this dependency problem, but I do not even know if it should be
a problem?
Here it is, but I do not even use gnome2 anymore! I am using gnome-shell,
so can I delete gnome-panel?

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
