I truly do believe that it was booting significantly faster, but it is possible 
that fewer services were being started.

Since system-config-services was not integrated with systemd, I simply left the 
services as they were. With most releases, I customize somewhat, so as not to 
run unnecessary services (although I admit I am not always certain of the 
wisdom of stopping some services... it is just so hard to know what you really 
need and what you don't, in some cases, and the documentation and release notes 
basically tell you nothing in this regard).
