Hi, I have a network printer (*Lexmark e120n*), attached via LAN to my box (URL: "dnssd://Lexmark%20E120n._printer._tcp.local/")
It has been attached by "System->Administration->Printing). I have some GIF files, and I open them by *eog* (via nautilus). Then saying print (^P), the print is accepted, the network is fully loaded, but nothing i s printed (even after 10 min). Printing to a file generates a clean PDF file. Using *lp* or *lpr* prints the gif file immediately on that network printer. Somebody van explain what is happening?
