A follow up to this: a boot.iso with a proposed fix for this bug is available at http://adamwill.fedorapeople.org/boot.iso . If you were affected by this issue, please test this and let us know if it works okay. Even if you weren't affected by the bug, if you have a bit of spare time, it would be valuable if you can try the boot.iso and just confirm it works alright on non-affected systems (as long as you can get to the graphical portion of the install process, that's fine: you don't need to actually install).
