1. If you are a newbie to tesseract 5, one of the worst things is to start training tesseract. 2. I am not sure what do you mean with "I have read the documentation available on github(readme.md) " - tesseract documentation is here: https://tesseract-ocr.github.io/tessdoc/ 3. Tesseract training scripts (and additional documentation of its process) are at https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesstrain.
