OK. But training from scratch takes a lot of time. I assume that you want to finetune. Please note that the traineddata files in tessdata and tessdata_best and tessdata_fast are NOT compatible. So, it depends on what version of tesseract program you are using. I have already sent you the bash script that you can modify for training.
