I'm trying to get a DVD player running under Linux. I've looked
at XINE and VIDEO4LINUX's "xawtv" and related programs.
Nothing works!!!
I'm running Redhat 7.1 with the 2.4.2smp kernel and an
ATI All-In-Wonder card. XINE can't seem to read a DVD
and xawtv doesn't know what to do with the video devices
I've got (4 entries in /dev/video).
Does anyone have a DVD player running in a similar
configuration? I'm hoping I don't have to boot Windoze
2000 to watch DVDs on this machine ...
