Ok, someone on OPN answered that for me.

Next question!

@      SOA     kathweb.net. root.kathweb.net. (       24.190.202.53

                        2000012101       ; serial, todays date + todays serial #
                        8H              ; refresh, seconds
                        2H              ; retry, seconds
                        1W              ; expire, seconds
                        1D )            ; minimum, seconds
                NS      kathweb.net.
                NS      ns3.srv.hcvlny.cv.net
                MX      10 kathweb.net.  ; Primary Mail Exchanger
                TXT     "Kathweb"

localhost       A       127.0.0.1

kathweb.net.    A       24.190.202.53
ns1              A       24.190.202.53
ns2             A       207.127.75.180
www             A       24.190.202.53
irc             A       24.190.202.53

mail            A       24.190.202.53

Does that look right?

One thing I am confused about is NS:
                NS      kathweb.net.
                NS      ns3.srv.hcvlny.cv.net
Should those be MY dns servers (ns1.kathweb.net and ns2.kathweb.net)?  Someone elses?  My ISP's?
- Kath, who hates DNS more and more everyday
