I tried to setup a Linux firewall box today to protect a SOHO @Home account.. I used the same script I use at home .... This script slows things down a little... but not to bad. Today I could not get the Lan to get through this machine at a comfortable speed in fact it was down rite pathetic...... Most times it just sat there waiting for a reply from the server. Didn't matter which server. Would their be any objections for posting this lengthy script on this list for scrutiny...?
